To save some amount for the overhead expenses, begin with a skeletal administrative staff working under your guidance. More staff can be hired later depending on the demand with the rise in sales volume and the flow of profits.
Assuming of an increase of vehicles, it means also an increase number of drivers and even the value clients-service orientation to ensure safety of the cargo they transport and complying to the set deadline, thereby resulting to satisfaction and repeat market. You can achieve these by allowing your drivers to go through some special training. In all these, you have labored and succeeded to build an excellent customer-service relationship by meeting their specific requests relating to handling of their cargo, driver preferences and timings in delivery.
As you go through the processes of trucking business, eventually you gain in experience and earn a reputation for reliable service; this will bring you to have an edge over your competitors.
