However, there are forms that although easy to understand do not seem relevant to a lessee-lessor relationship. For instance, the Proof of Service form do not seem relevant to a lease agreement. There is nothing in the form that indicates to which end it serves.

Another example is the time sheet. Time sheets are normally used by workers. This form could not possibly be relevant to a lease agreement. The issues that are not addressed by any form is the parking space and letting additional persons stay in a unit who are not part of the original lease agreement. In any establishments, parking areas are important. No form has addressed this. Additionally, there is also no form wherein a tenant can ask for permission to let a relative or a friend stay in the unit for a number of days.

Lastly,there’s no form that allows tenants to file complaints against unruly neighbors.
