AT&T to Acquire Time Warner for $85 Billion Essay

AT&T on Saturday announced that it will acquire Time Warner Inc. for $85.4 billion.

Franken was  of AT&T's bid to buy T-Mobile in 2011, which  amidst regulatory pushback.
