Business Letter Edit
Dear Mr. Bellows:
I recently purchased your new accounting software at Big Box Office Products in St. Louis, Michigan. I am a small business owner and I think that your product will be very helpful in improving my productivity and in potentially increasing my company’s profits. When I got home, I was unable to install it on my Apple computer.
I returned the software to receive a refund or exchange for one that might work on my computer. However, the Big Box Office Products manager told me that he could not make the exchange. Instead, he advised me that I should contact the maker.
