The person definitely has an advantage if he/she comes with extra knowledge in management for instance of software or hardware and other technological advancements.
The work efficiency aspect refers to the individual’s preparation regarding the specifics of the job and its various tasks for which he/she ahs prepared him/herself or invested in his/her college or university days. Those who took their university preparation seriously and by heart especially for the sheer love of it have the advantage already. The self efficiency aspect refers to the personality, characteristics, values and attitudes that are considered not only the X-factor when an employee or recruit is considered.
This means that the person has a distinct advantage already who has the optimism, loyalty, initiative, trustworthiness and integrity; definitely traits that are non-negotiable in this world full of con artists.
