People behave and act differently in the world everyday. There are some laid down rules that societies and nations follow in the way they take action on issues. A rational being is believed to behave positively and pursue selfish action in all circumstances. This issue will lead us to the focus, ‘diversity of ethics’. Ethics are diverse in many ways, because there are different ways people believe they should behave and act. Therefore, in this write up there will be comprehensive analysis of diversity in ethics.

What then is ethics? People have different view about ethics. Some believe it is just doing what is right and not what ought to be. Some believe it has to do with religion and rules guiding right actions. In their own way, they believe there are some laid down rules guiding people and one should always act according to theses rules. In a way, there are different definition and classification of ethics. Therefore, there is diversity of ethics in the world. Since, there are various ways people see the term. In addition, ethics deals with all aspect of human endeavors. It could be norm of a religion, community’s norm or law

of a country or behavior patterns etc. Ethics could also mean norms for conduct in a particular situation. In some area, it could mean what differentiates good from bad or positive from negative or rational from irrational.

In a broader sense, ethics should not be attached or attributed to religion or law. What is important it entails. Ethics has standard and this is what I believe is necessary. Ethical standard is what prescribe what is good and bad, that is what people should do and not what they ought to do. In addition, one could develop and work on one’s moral ethics in terms of behaving positively and rationally in a society. Further, there are different sources of ethic standard. This may include virtue, utilitarian, common good and right approaches. The utilitarian approach means that the ethic action that provide the best of right over destruction or bad. Here, people should act in the best way and not or do a least harm to people. However, this is the philosopher’s view on the word ethics, because it is an aspect of philosophy.

Moreover, there is the aspect of making a good ethic decisions. In this view, we focus on weighing the impact of an action or choice of action. In other to take a good ethic decision, one must be familiar with the various issues involved in ethics and have a technique for exploring the ethical aspects of conclusion. In addition, we hear people discuss the issue of what is ethical and what is unethical. To be able to answer these questions, one must be able to take a good ethical decision.

In conclusion, there is diversity of ethics from country to country. There are various misconceptions about the meaning of the term. People have different views, but being able to understanding and looking for what is common in countries is important. In essence, one should be able to know what the term entails and able to find a right winding up to it. Making an ethic decision or conclusion should be the focus of countries and individuals.

Finally, the issue diversity of ethics will continue to be a major discussion among many professional, because there will not be a major conclusion on the issue. Therefore, there will always be diversity of ethics in the world.
