After mixing the concentrate, flavor & sweetener the metered is passed from Carbon Dioxide (CO2), called carbonation & the mixing chamber called carbonator. Now the coca cola is prepared afterward we are to store it. The carbonation is done with a specific pressure & temperature which make the coca cola chill ,also special plant is used for temperature control. After this the coca cola stored in a large tank. Testing the quality control:

After storing the coca cola, than it is passes from a large chine of tests to maintain its quality. During this it is tested for its unique flavor, CO2 level test & product brix with following; C02 level———-4.2 to 4.6

Product Brix——10.76 to 11.06

Storing in container for serving:
After making the coca cola & passing from quality test on the process start to store it in container for serving. Three types of container used; Plastic bottles (PET)
Aluminum Can
Glass Bottles
