Under the completed general construction projects, Partek Construction, time frame and quality of the final product is accorded special attention by the subcontractors, the client, and the actual architecture that closely monitor them. An open communication management strategy enhances creativity and team work. Some of the general construction already undertaken includes the community facilities of John Martins, the Crest-land development facility along the Mawson lakes, the Brighton-SLSC redevelopment, the On the Run Angle Park, the BP Woodville West, and the Ambulance McLaren Vale located in SA among others.

The picture in the second figure, Redarc Electronic Facilities (Fig. 2) illustrates a facility which was done by the Partek Company from November 2006 to August 2007. Christopher Parker architects helped in the designation and building of the Redarc Electronic Facilities which consist of an open office area, various separate offices, web areas, and numerous luncheons. The facility also includes other associated services such as car park and the landscape facility.
On the other hand, the ambulance McLaren Vale SA’s architect is Hodgkison. The building consists of a car park, a veneer ambulance station with a single storey brick. The BP Woodville West (Fig 4), with ADS architects, was started in June 2007 till December 2007. This BP station is located along the Port Road Woodville the West in a 6,000m2 of crucial economically productive prime land. It consists of a convenience store, a self service carwash, a dog wash, an automatic carwash, and a warehouse.
Completed Partek Industries projects include the Julia Far Centre, which involves constructing internal fit-out that comply with AS 1428 (Fig. 5) and the Savings and Loans that is on Muno Para. The Muno Para’s Savings and Loans fit-out design with the JPE architecture consists of an ATM installation and brand new retail premises (Fig. 6). Medical and care related projects undertaken included the West Gate care and help facility, the Dutch Aged Care facility, the hospital foyer of Wakefield, and the theatre 5 upgrade for children and women.
