This is the other current trend in business communication that is slowly developing. Teleconferencing includes the use of telephonic or video to convey messages and important information. However, teleconference nowadays requires that if there is a presenter speaking using the speaker, all the other attendants should put their phones on mute. This kind of business communication trend not only conveys instant messages to the recipients but it also enables the sender to receive immediate feedbacks.

Just like with any other communication, business communication should be courteous, precise, concise, influencing and persuasive in order to be effective.
