In order to implement the appropriate organization model for FMC facilities at Green River, Kenneth Dailey had better take several steps so that FMC Green River can take benefits of the facilities characteristics and behaviors. Table 1 shows characteristics of innovation and the role of organization culture that supports good business ethics in my organization.

Therefore, current characterizes at Green River like traditional mindset, formalized and centralized authority can be evolved into more decentralized, efficient teamwork, and entrepreneurial business model. Characteristic of Innovation and Organization Culture The suggestion is inline with current practice at Aberdeen where employees at the facility are empowered, resulting in the improved sense of responsibility. In addition, the team leader as well as the members is responsible in solving problems that pertain to work demand, representing more entrepreneurial and decentralized organizations.
