The consultants will work with and be present in the offices of hair stylists, cake decorators and reception facilities. Additionally the consultants will coordinate with these agencies to make mutual referrals. The consultants will provide business cards to these agencies to provide to potential customers. Once each month the consultants will hold an open house to get potential customers into the office in order to describe services available to them. Services Once a customer has used the business for a service such as budgeting advice, it is important for the agency to introduce them to other services available to them.

The best way for the agency to get customers to seek additional services is to impress them with the services that have been provided. It is very important for the consultants to build a trusting relationship with customers in order for them to have faith that the consultants have and will continue to follow through on the services promised (Optimal, N. D). For this reason, the consultants will make it their utmost priority to provide high quality services on even the most simple and basic services.

The consultants will remain professional and provide the highest quality services to customers in order to secure continued interest in additional services. Appearances Due to the large numbers of weddings every year, the industry that caters to those getting married is large. There are numerous trade shows and expos where those in the industry can set up booths and samples to appeal to a large number of potential customers at one time. At least one of the two full time consultants will provide a booth and sample of services at all relevant shows and expos for the purpose of gaining a customer base.

The consultants will use these shows as an opportunity to network with others in the industry in addition to placing an image of the consultants in the minds of hundreds of potential customers. The consultants understand that often the best referrals come from satisfied customers. For this reason while planning and consulting at weddings, the consultants will demonstrate to the friends and acquaintances of the wedding couple potential ways they can be of assistance for their upcoming nuptials.
