When we reach to payment stage, the security of storing customer details has become involved. In technical issues, this stage is the most important part of e-Business.

To provide e-services to consumers, the merchant has to use technology tools such as- servers, databases, networks and information system with business strategies and practices. When databases and networks are involved in real business, the security to store the information and to maintain is extremely important issues. Although buying things online is convenient, there are many risks involve in doing so. For example, when a customer purchases a product online, they will have to provide their personal details to ship to the address and customer’s credit card information to pay for the value of products.

After implementing the security software ND firewalls, they have to make changes or do modifications according the new security threats because web applications that company uses are highly vulnerable to hackers.

The suggested protection from those attacks is regular updates of applications. In large e-retailers websites, the scalability and maintenance of the website are essential as well. For example, in airline bookings system, many travelers are trying the get the exact time and seat for their particular trips. Especially in holiday seasons, a large number of travelers are trying access to book for the air tickets. When too many customers are trying to access the booking systems, it sometimes crushes the whole airline website.

When this happens, customer will definitely go and book the air tickets from rival airlines. When it happens, it causes the airline a huge loss in terms of customers trust and reliability. Moreover, the reputation of the e-retailer or company is important too. In order to get the best reputation, the company must provide customers with the best service with the best price.

By doing so, old customer may recommend to their friends or families and this provide the good reputation chain in terms of consumer. Furthermore, company good reputation can be obtained from third-party organization too. This includes the authorization of certain awards and honors from Government or Computer Association. In conclusions, e-Business is a complex organization with many security issues in terms of technical and non-technical and those security will need to be optimized with the increasing trends of cyber criminals. Customer trustworthy is also important issues in marketing of e-Business.
