If this problem persists, the business enterprise will not be able to meet their deadlines and targets, the company sales figures and objectives will be affected, the firm will lose its presence in the industry due to ineffectiveness and inefficiency.

Step 3: Identify the circumstantial constraints: The constraints for the organization are no proper vigil and control mechanism taken into consideration. Also the employees are not been monitored timely. In certain cases time is the biggest constraint as the firm is need to achievement and hence they neglect certain aspects related to the time spent at work hours. It could also be that there are no equipped supervisors who will provide guidance and regulation to the employees.

Step 4: Assess the available options As mentioned above, the alternative actions are that the company should adopt a control mechanism which is more rigid and streamlined, there has to be motivation given to the found guilty with regards to the importance of working to achieve individual and organizational goals, constant counseling also will help the employees to come in line with their inefficiency and effectiveness as they will show a decline in their performance and achievement.

Lastly care should be taken that this atmosphere doesn’t affect other employees who are dedicated towards their work who in turn should be motivated and rewarded for their success. Conclusion: The course of action depends on how positively the employees will take such an issue into consideration and hence one of the available alternatives or all the alternatives depending on the situation and the circumstances that follows.

This would definitely instill and imbibe a sense of responsibility and dedication in the minds of the employees.
