Flawed Questionnaire

The objective of this activity was to read through a flawed questionnaire and to pick out, and fix the errors. There were many errors ranging from leading sentences to the layout of the questionnaire. The questionnaire’s purpose was to get knowledge of the students of the school of Business and Economics feelings towards the program. There were many topics that had to be covered. Educational Issues, in order to find out how the feelings towards what was actually taught to the students and what could be done to correct the problems. Opinions in order to find out how they thought the program should be changed in order to make it a more smother and unique program. Views in order to find out what their outlook on the program was. Finally, demographics to find out statistics on time and what the program should contain. The original flawed questioner had a sample of males and females ranging from the ages of sixteen to thirty-five.

Seeing that people who were not enrolled in the program would not have enough knowledge of the system, we changed the sample to encompass males and females that were enrolled in the Suny Plattsburgh’s School of Business and Economics.

The questionnaire was formatted in order to find out the flaws and cracks that affected the students in the program. The questions that were asked were asked in order to find out what could be done in order to change the system to work better. The questions that are asked in this questionnaire range from gender to hour a week to study. Faculty is the source of the program since they are the people that teach the students to become the business people that they become. We also encompassed questions on the faculty of the school of Business and Economics to find out what they can do in order to make their students into better businesspeople. The activity of correcting the original questionnaire was for many reasons. There were many grammatical errors, typographical errors, and questions that were sexist and put people in an awkward situation to answer them.
