By being polite and kind and by showing interest in the customer’s concerns, the prominent Real-Estate company will therefore benefit from that very first important meeting. In other career fields, such as cruise ship hosts and hostesses, it is also very important and crucial to the owner that all employees display certain standards.
From the time a person boards the cruise ship and during the time they spend on the cruise ship, they will be grading the hospitality they receive and will be deciding whether it is a ship that they would want to sail on again. Not only will they be making an important decision that will influence the earning potential of the ship, by returned visits and by also the word of mouth advertisement that they promote after their trip has ended, but they will be making a lasting impression upon that very important customer.
Most cruise ship employers will deem it extremely necessary that a brand new employee offer an important skill displayed by the specialized course in hospitality education. Another career path that you may select, where the employer would deem it crucial to the business they run of exercising interpersonal skills would be care taking. Most care taking facilities seek out personalities that are polite and kind in their overall nature. Families of patients in nursing homes will decide if the care taking facility is the right place for their ailed family to reside by the care taker’s attitude toward their family member.
If it is understood that the family member is receiving obnoxious or rude behavior it is almost certain that the family member will be removed from that facility where the bad treatment was received. Nursing homes around the country remain in business because of the need for their professional services and one of the most important necessities in that job area is good ethical and humane treatment by the caretaker, in which can be received through any hospitality education course.
“All caretakers must adhere to a strict guideline” as stated by (p. 43, Mary Williams,) while partaking in the care of a patient at a nursing facility. During a students high school years, they should search into the possibilities of taking a specialized course before graduation. Many schools offer these courses and are readily available. These educational courses in hospitality will propel a students career a great degree and will demonstrate that added interest in obtaining the career choice that the student has chosen. As stated by (p. 23, Martin Chambers,)
“Modern day careers put a special emphasis on being certain that all employees display acts of kindness while working in their facilities. ” They will judge the character you display and seek out your credentials in all areas, when making that final and crucial decision whether you would be the right candidate to fill up that vacant position that they are attempting to occupy at their company or organization. You must certainly be ready to think about whether or not the classes in educational hospitality are right for you in your career choice.

You will be especially thankful that you took out this time in considering the hospitality courses, as they will surely aid you in your success in your important career choice for many years to come and substantially increase your income throughout your lifetime.
“Most companies will increase their employees wages based on the job performance from the employee,” states Bill Meyers, (p. 78, Bill Meyers) and with the student being equipped with the knowledge they gained in the hospitality education classes,) they will prove successful. Professor Dole noted that, (p. 54, Dole) “an employee would most likely be rewarded with higher paychecks and bonuses in the years to come. ” We have taken a broad step in deciding whether a course in hospitality education would be the best action to take in deciding our career path. I believe that it is crucial that we take these courses to gain that extra knowledge that we may need to learn that may prove to be crucial in our career.
Everyone must answer this question for themselves but I find that I am very interested in taking all the steps I need to, in order to enroll into a hospitality educational course. I find that this is the best and most beneficial course of action for myself to take in my own career choice. I would also suggest that every high school offer these courses to better equip their students, and offer them the knowledge they will need to possess in the following years while they seek out gainful employment and during their important high school years.
In conclusion, I would like to add that writing this essay has put me one step ahead of where I was before, in achieving my goal in my career. I can easily decide that taking a course in educational hospitality will be a major and important decision for me and I would highly recommend that all students who are looking for a successful career, look into these classes, and at least ask yourself, “Will they prove beneficial in your own career?
” I highly recommend these courses to everyone!
