Technology can also be applied to improve employee potential and management’s vitality. An effective human resource management needs to maintain highly qualified, well-trained, driven, and well-versed workforce that can support the goals of an organization.

External environmental forces must also be considered in the design of a human resource management program of an organization. Every business must fulfill customers to succeed since they add benefit to the business. In addition to creating value to customers, it also creates value to employees, the community, and the owners.
