The manager is to govern the security of the employees, this depends on the circumstances in which the employee live work and travel, under this, each organization should come up with its own guidelines on security issues, basing on the nature and level of actual risk to the workforce. The content of this plan is to be based on the managers’ judgment as to the safest course of action in the occurring issues.

Therefore, when drawing up these guidelines, one should consider the following issues; the specific risks faced by certain staff, such as those of a particular ethnic origin, the routes and areas that can be used and those that can not be used, this includes the hours within which travel is allowed, the checking of the employees in and out before and after work, the manager should also plan on the type of documents to be carried by staff and the equipment to be carried out of the organization.
The management team should also consider that in organizations, employees can easily be concerned with their area of work only, especially when they seem to be working under pressure, the manager is advised to come up with ways that will link these workforce in different sectors, so that they may be able to develop a better understanding of what is being done in the various departments of the organization.
He can do this through organizing for meetings between different teams in the organization. Since well organized meetings that always carry clear agendas and a great chairing paves way for the employees to discuss openly about specific problems together, these meetings can be used to introduce more solutions from various employees thus enhancing the sharing and thinking of ideas.
Therefore proper, workforce planning is to be used as a priority for any manager as the technical aspects of the organization.
