Aside from computing and reasoning ability, it is a must that an auditor should know how to express his thoughts in an oral and written communication.
Communication is perceived as a means of managing relationship with its customers and employees. It makes your client and your people satisfied with the work. Organizational goal becomes easier to achieve because trust and respect is build between the firm and the consumer.
The auditors also mentioned how effective communication will help the organization to move forward in resulting to customer’s satisfaction.
