Information technology would play a large role in the fact that if she is on a social network she able to communicate with a potential client and answer their questions much quicker and efficiently so that the client can make informative decision.

A small business could use information technology to help speed up everything from the inventory of products to shipping and also save money. With online tools they can really help small businesses to achieve high profits and to earn client’s appreciation with rapid completion of orders to get the product to the customer. I’ve seen a lot of local small businesses go out of business when they could no longer compete with the local Wal-Mart. These small businesses didn’t have a peripheral inventory system which speeds up check out time and helps control shrinkage by tracking inventory, and without one they lose out to Wal-Mart, which can save on shrinkage with a peripheral inventory system.
