A job within this area could be an equestrian centre manager. This job involves tending to stock, produce, animal’s etc, by keeping them in good order and then providing a service to whoever may wish to be the result of them. Running the facility efficiently, taking care of finance, staff, services such as riding lessons, and liveries.

Qualifications needed are business qualifications if beginning from scratch, but usually a job built from own interest and ownership, gradual increase in organisation. Another example of a vacancy could be a ‘Countryside officer’. The job would involve managing the countryside and its use. Duties may include planning, helping to create policy, maintaining facilities such as tourist sites and footpaths, promoting sensible use of countryside and probably most importantly, conservation. Local authorities and charitable organisations employ countryside Officers.

Qualifications required would be a BTEC in leisure, rural or conservation studies. A degree in these or similar subjects would also be desirable. Catering and Accommodation Catering and Accommodation has organisations such as hotels, restaurants, fast food, pubs and inns, camping sites etc. A job within this area could be a fast food restaurant worker. A second job in this area could be a waiter/waitress. Tasks took out by a waiter/waitress are to serve foods and drinks, take orders, clear tables etc. The manner in which all these are presented are very important too, as this should be done professionally and pleasantly.
