All the aforementioned factors have made me to resolve that I cannot use six sigma in my business since I will be risking a lot. Outsourcing provides an access to best operational practices which could be difficult to develop in-house. Outsourcing also prepares a business to get ready to increase or decrease production either permanently or temporally.

Moreover, it acts as a catalyst for an organization for changes which cannot be achieved alone (Ennarsson, 2006). There is improved capacity management for technology and services to curb risks when the dealer supplies excess products. It helps in promoting the sourcing of capital when private companies are provided with capital by the government. Challenges of outsourcing The challenges found in outsourcing include over-supply by suppliers who misalign incentives to the buyer or lack of communication between themselves, thus leading to lack of supply.

Outsourcing lowers the quality so as to match the design with lower price. It can also lead to contractions in production whereby manual producers are seen to be more productive than machine tools due to appearance in terms of dollars. Companies’ key skills and turnovers are lost, thus putting aside a company’s control. It is evident that the quality becomes poor and calls for immediate concern when the public centers that render services to the public are outsourced.
