It is important to appreciate the fact that timing as well as methodology are critically crucial and the possibility of the perception of the actions of the manager as real obstacle in as far as the achievement of the company are concerned. It is a good recommendation for the manager to use the simplest and powerful means involving a comprehensive understanding of the subordinates and focusing on their bright perspectives in most of the circumstances in contrast to stressing on the negatives. It is also recommended that the potentials of the subordinates are well known and understood by the managers. The good work they perform should also be appreciated (Meddler 98).

There exist various types of management practices and actions that correlate to the laws governing management.

These include issues of motivation of the employees through proper remuneration, training as well as recognition of their output in the workplace. Participation of the staff members in the decision making process of the company is the other phase of actions of the management correlating to management laws. The results of these actions is an increase in the productivity of the employees and consequently reducing cost of production At the same time some of the practices and actions of management are in contrast to the management laws.

This includes cases of discrimination based on the sex of the individual, the race, ethnicity, color, religion or the origin of the individual.
