In this life that we possess, every one of us is bound to decide on what path to take and how to uplift the cycle of their lives; different choices that we should think a lot of time on what to have a grip on and what is good to let go, “Personality is dynamic. It changes; it could be improved and developed. As an individual grows and learns, he develops his personality, his childhood upbringing and early experiences help to shape his personality” (Aguas, 2008).
In taking chances and making choices, we mold ourselves to look at things deeply and become responsible with our chosen fields. We have diverse sets of personality which ultimately differ from other individuals thus, this make us apart from what skills others possess, “Personality is unique. No two people are completely alike, even identical twins are not similar. Each person has a set of traits and characteristics that sets him apart and distinguishes him from others. Although individuals have some things in common, each person has a distinct personality” (Aguas, 2008).
We are remarkable in our own ways albeit with all our talents and personality enhancements. Knowing our strengths are great part in choosing what path to take hand in hand with what career we wanted to pursue. We must firmly understand what we decide on pursuing and not just following the trend as of the moment. We must define our goals, spell the career you perceived and foresee the future ahead of you. Visualizing things for yourself makes you a successful person that our realm truly needs.
Part of the system in order to uplift the knowledge of an individual is to expand his horizons on several levels of learning. Deliberating ones personality was a great advancement in rearing your career. As I take the path of my goals and pursue my MBA degree, I am very much aware that the personality which I possess will be beneficial in order to establish myself and cross the bridge of my chosen field. As I took the Jungian Personality Self-Assessment Test it gives me more the grasp to understand myself and justify my strengths as I enter the field of MBA.
Indeed, after taking the test it gave me the result of INTP (Introvert, Intuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving) totally, this will enable me to deliver more in my MBA. Decision making is ultimately tough most especially if you’re thinking twice and you’re heart was not on it 100 percent. How you perceive things as a reflection of what will be your achievement in the long run. Having an original mind and a great drive towards my own ideas and purposes in life was a great deal in this MBA program that I am bound to get into.
Being an introvert defines to have a set of standards to follow and accomplish, “one is predominantly introvert if his interest and attention generally turns inward, meaning towards his own thoughts and feelings” (Aguas, 2008). Defining my criteria in life is beneficial to the future which I aspire for. In this way, I can efficiently deliver my tasks and be a multi-doer in other things which I am apt to, “Personality is the totality and the integration of traits. It is the sum total of the person’s characteristics, habits, attitudes, and behavior.
Traits are the specific qualities of his behavior. From his traits the individual develops a self-concept which refers to images an individual has to himself” (Aguas, 2008). Dedication is the key to this long term goal in my life. Practically, having the originality of the mind would enable me to contribute more in my field of study. Contributing some magical thoughts in order to uplift the system of my association would be an achievement as well to my personality, and this is essential above everything else.
