Another effective tool of a manager to encourage staff to perform well is to develop team works and team management. Although manager is not part of a team in performing an organizational task, manager’s communication can be effective and motivating for staff to develop an increase in confidence for performing well in a team. However, the selection of team is again a factor to assess the working strengths and moral standards of each individual to encourage team works.
