The challenge is to offer rewards which truly motivate the army personnel to work harder toward the greater cause of their organization.
Therefore, this paper will seek to answer the question: is the current reward system effective and does it have a positive impact on the performance of army personnel? Research Plan: The paper will derive the necessary information from both the secondary and primary sources. Initial research would be conducted through a review of currently available literature. After the literature review, a survey will be conducted from a sample consisting of both the currently serving and former army personnel.
The survey will seek to identify whether the army personnel are happy with reward system and does it enhance the workings of serving personnel. Efforts will also be made to reach out to those army personnel who have served outside US. References: Powers, R. (n. d. ). Army Enlisted Promotion System.
