1) Chapter 1 (Introduction) This chapter introduces the main aspects of the research. This chapter includes title, aim of the research and what is the objective of research. Besides that it also includes the scope of the research and what are the questions of research. The questions of research are designed in such a way that it gives complete information about the research and what areas are covered in this research. 2) Chapter 2 (Literature Review)
This chapter describes the basic approaches of performance appraisal along with the definitions of performance appraisal. Performance appraisals are discussed from different aspects and emphasis is laid on the impact of performance appraisals on employees. Similarly, the benefits of performance appraisals and the biased attitude of employees are discussed in detail in this section. 3) Chapter 3 (Research Methodology) The research methodology that is used in the research is discussed in this chapter.
Although there are different methods of doing the research that is the reason why primary sources and secondary sources are used in this paper. 4) Chapter 4 Findings The findings and of the results are included in this chapter and all the results that are achieved are interpreted into meaningful form for further research and analysis.
