Team should be composed of skilled members; to ensure that a problem given to them is of their ability and they can solve it successfully Team must enclose combined dedication; the team members must consolidate their effort towards the given goal, this will ease their work and solve problems quickly.
Mutual atmosphere; teams should develop an atmosphere of honesty, reliable and courteous behavior that will promote easy work among members even if they fail; they shall understand one another harmoniously. Soaring values that are acceptable to member; members must know the principles expected of them either personally or as a group, they should avoid ambiguous terms that may jeopardize that standard expected of them. Outside encouragement; this is very important for the team to thrive as they will always regard those supports as appreciation of their work (Somebody cares about them when in need) (Gideon, 2001).
Upright leader; they will always require a leader who leads them from example and who doesn’t put himself above them and respects them the way they are without segregation. To regulate success for the teamwork there must be a teamplayer. A Teamplayer is one who suppresses his personal aspirations and works in a harmonized endeavor with other group members, in aiming for a common objective.
