This is a condition or a case in which some job may require an individual to make an emergency change to something in the business or other and in the process you persuaded others about the plan so that they could know that your choice is the best course of action for tackling the plan but this can only be possible if people engage in team work. Where, teamwork is a close relationship of competent people who care about each other and committed to their aims and are highly motivated to consolidating their energy and ideas to achieve a common mission.

Team work conditions employee’s minds in a cooperative and selfless way and involves sharing of rewards, blames, punishment and a lot of sacrifices, towords a common objective. Teamwork can expand limited resources, build workable relationship and develop new ideas. It also widens the range of available information, ideas and options. When many heads come together in teamwork which means listening, developing ideas and building on each other’s insights will not only allow more ideas to be made but also a sense of belonging and trust develops in the members as they interact.

Synergy increases greatly the ideas of members during the contribution of a various contributors who view problems from different angles. During this time the hive mind of team enlarges and this produces highly skilled results. Team members who work together contribute ideas that can help goal leaders create considerable achievement strategies that can help them implement their objectives

Personality of efficient teams Team must have a clear target; team objectives must focus on specific agenda that is clearly spelt out to members and must stress that those aims must be achieved. Team should include a results-driven arrangement; it must develop a format where results must be produces. Team should be composed of skilled members; to ensure that a problem given to them is of their ability and they can solve it successfully Team must enclose combined dedication; the team members must consolidate their effort towards the given goal, this will ease their work and solve problems quickly.

Mutual atmosphere; teams should develop an atmosphere of honesty, reliable and courteous behavior that will promote easy work among members even if they fail; they shall understand one another harmoniously. Soaring values that are acceptable to member; members must know the principles expected of them either personally or as a group, they should avoid ambiguous terms that may jeopardize that standard expected of them. Outside encouragement; this is very important for the team to thrive as they will always regard those supports as appreciation of their work (Somebody cares about them when in need) (Gideon, 2001).

Upright leader; they will always require a leader who leads them from example and who doesn’t put himself above them and respects them the way they are without segregation. To regulate success for the teamwork there must be a teamplayer. A Teamplayer is one who suppresses his personal aspirations and works in a harmonized endeavor with other group members, in aiming for a common objective. Businesses, companies and other organizations usually encourage effort of coordinating team building activities in an effort to encourage people to accomplish task as a team somewhat than as individuals.
