Or, if someone tells that he or she does not have an email address or does not know how to use it, the reaction would be, “Are you crazy? ” or “Which planet did you come from? ”. As long as an organization has an internet connection, it is almost 100% sure that the use of emails is being practiced within, whether to communicate among employees or to relay something outside of the organization.
In a case about global marketing, it was indicated that “the company relies heavily on email to support existing customers and to develop relationships with new ones. ” (Stonehouse, Campbell, Hamill & Purdie, 2004, p. 333) Whether we accept it or not, email usage is very successful and popular. Almost everyone is using email, again, as long as a person or an organization has an internet connection, there is no reason why that individual does not own and use one.
