Instead, in every actions and decision they make, they should assess and consider its ethical and moral consequences. 2. Professional responsibility should apply to all groups of professionals regardless of their positions. In order to attain the mission of a company, the cooperation of all components of a society must cooperate for the attainment of the common goal.

Hence, everyone should act with professional responsibility. 3. In resolving dispute, the resolution board should be fair and reasonable. In arriving at a conclusion, it should be assured that all the procedures had been completely complied with. Conflicts and disputes held should also be given due confidentiality.
