The purpose of this course is to teach students successful techniques to manage the scope, edged, schedule, and quality of projects, in addition to teaching students how to perform several project management tasks. The goal is to understand how project management decisions are reached, what trade-offs are made, and how outcomes depend on the underlying situation. This course provides as well hands-on training performed in the computer LAB to train students on how to use Microsoft Project Software.
It even prepares the students to plan taking the PM certification known worldwide to improve their careers. A Final “Real” Project is performed by students at the end of the course and s presented for evaluation.
