My chosen track of specialization may be called a hybrid of three diverse nonetheless interrelated fields; biology, psychology and humanities. Biology on its own is an analysis and admiration of diversity and unity that typifies living things. Its study likewise offers a chance to delve on a specific branch of biology for research and learning. Psychology often defined as the science that deals with behavior and processes of the mind, contribute to the understanding of mental health and human relations.
Humanities on the other hand, deals with the reflection of human concerns and conditions that relates to the following disciplines; language, literature, philosophy, history, religion, arts, music, anthropology and culture. Through the years, natural sciences like Biology continuously seeks answers to questions of human existence and how biological development could be achieved amidst threats to human life. Psychology witnessed how human mental abilities have caused advancement and how new phenomena in economics, politics and culture have transformed human behavior and relationships.
Humanities have converged social sciences disciplines in critically defining human response to modernization through organizations, communications and interpretations. Apparently, each area of study represents distinct interest but if contextualized within the course of human endeavor, forms part of a coherent whole,

I can only think of a term that characterizes a borderless society, internationalizing culture, and global political economy, that is globalization. The processes involved in globalization caused many changes in terms of how people think and behave yet have posed major challenges as well. Progress involves both positive and negative implications. Hence, the role that biology plays is significant in looking for innovations promoting sustainability. In an age of cultural homogenization, it is impossible to come up with a fixed guideline as to how a specific society or organization would address an issue.
Every human, every community and every nation have identities that are influenced by each other or by some dominant culture. Psychology and humanities have faced then greater challenges at interpreting new ideas, predicting behavior and thoughts and deconstructing communities. In humanities, new concepts have referred to globalization as key indicators of change like; westernization of the world, internationalization of English language and emerging liberal morals and traditions. Hence, in education the trend too has been to produce knowledge that draws from ideas of various fields- the trend has been to encourage multidisciplinary studies.
Biology, psychology and humanities are areas that although recognizes differences, still aim to unify the world in light globalization. In this way, my present job benefits enormously from the genius that multidisciplinary approach to education have yielded. While it has become inevitable nowadays to expand economies outside of the country, governments still with considerations of local norms would have to ensure that firms and multinational corporations are complying with local regulations.
My background in Biology provided not only my scientific ergo systematic perspective at making solutions but also gave me an outlook of treating life with utmost care and importance which is needed in planning for good business corporate social responsibility. At the outset, disparate regulations make it hard for an expanding firm to control compliance systems enterprise wide. My Humanities background reminds me that culture is subjective thus even in highly institutionalized set-up, culture often causes dual standards and misinterpretation. Humanities empowered me to eliminate costly implementation by providing non-redundant solutions.
Psychology has given me the talent to analyze human relations and so, even across the globe with differences in behavior addressed in varied cultures- I am able to fill in the gaps. This job is all about innovation and interdependence. We need the governments, businesses and society-meet their demands to further our interests. We provide assistance at maintaining corporate ethics with assurances of high security and privacy. We innovate strategies without compromising our clients through their employees. We bridge governments and businesses. We provide solutions.
All my fields of specialization have been useful indeed as all were inclined to research and critical analysis. They have added to my skills at public relations, risk management, writing, and initiative. My task of evaluating ethics and compliance programs, organizational culture and risk assessments used much of my knowledge in culture, human relations, and rational choices. Our activities in training, case management and report writing borrow thoughts from Psychology. Here, we do a lot of investigation, which is closer to my scientific inclination due to my Biology course.

My multidisciplinary program of education therefore helped myself to attain a promising career, which concerns the world and the future. For as long as there is life, they are essential. So, global compliance risk management will also live for the people of the world.
