If anyone sees this relationship it would be easier for individuals joining the team to trust the manager and his colleagues. Social trusts may lead to spreading of trust among his or her peers in the other department which results to transitivity of trust. These models are further shown in Appendix A. IV. Conclusion As a conclusion, if trust is present in the workplace, then it would be easier for both the staff and the managers to work together.
