A warehouse stocks large quantities of certain goods, which may or may not always be exhausted.

Thus, there should be system for making sure that there is close to zero waste and nothing is thrown out indiscriminately. Aside from adhering to these, you must also make your policies publicly known. There are certain merchants that will never do business with a company that is not environmentally conscious, so you will have to factor this in your planning phase.
