The employees of the company Essay
The employees are the backbone of the company. Without them, an organization could not accomplish the purpose for which it seeks to operate. Likewise, a business organization could not at least exist without the employees. Thus, the employees play a major role in the operation of the business. What is important to be born in mind is that the employees’ basic rights of employees should be protected hand in hand with the goal of the organization and vis a vis the environment.
