The responsibilities of an Executive Assistant play an important role in the overall business operation of an organization. An Executive Assistant has an essential contribution in the company especially in terms of helping the President to make his or her job easier. In order to make the training effective, it is essential that the proper training materials and activities would be used.
The training should have at least two major parts. The first part is the information dissemination section that would contain the lecture materials, which will allow the trainees to have the necessary knowledge about the skills that they need to learn or develop. Afterwards, the second part would focus on the application of this knowledge to the responsibilities of an executive assistant and the challenges they have to face everyday in their work.
