From the case study we have learned it educates us on how departments and units are formed and organized within a company and how each of those department functions in an collaborative manner. No business can survive without money. It is the money that serves as the engine for any business. Business failed due to poor management of the resources available. Quite a substantial amount of fund generated by the company may run into few people’s pockets such as the member of the board of directors in collaboration with their accountants and even lawyers. Due to the fact that there is no collaboration in terms of proper management of the resources of the business both within and outside the company.

From the case study, were discovered that there is a good monitoring team and each departments monitor each other encouraging ‘ check and balance’; consequently, it makes it easy to detect errors which could lead to fund misappropriation or embezzlement and encourage accountability.
From the case study we discovered that the aircraft maintenance project passed through several processes and effective monitoring system to ensure that the required amount of money is spent judiciously in conformity with the project approval guideline, taking into consideration the engagement of the responsible technical crew under leadership of a competent project manager, the evaluation of the item or spare parts to be used by the aircraft, prices, invoice bill etc were thoroughly check in terms of quality, durability, and accountability in order to ensure it is implemented and monitored from the starting point to the end so that the aims and objective of company is achieved and justifiable.
The technical crew screened every facet of the project to a satisfactory level before it was approved by the management of the company. The case study also disclosed that, there was a good working relationship among the various technical crews, avoiding miss-understanding amount themselves. So the company was operating under a good atmosphere of team work in order to achieve its success.
